HousingAnywhere B.V. has recently entered into a lease agreement for approximately 1,471 m² of office space on the 8th floor of the Rotterdam Building, located at Aert van Nesstraat 45 in Rotterdam, as well as several parking spaces in the building’s parking garage.

The iconic Rotterdam Building is situated between the Lijnbaan and Coolsingel. This architectural masterpiece, designed by renowned architect Kraaijvanger, has been a recognizable landmark in Rotterdam’s Central Business District for decades. The building from the 1970s has undergone a spectacular transformation under the direction of the American architecture firm Gensler. With respect for its heritage and a vision ready for the future, Rotterdam Building offers an inspiring workplace designed to attract and retain talent.
