The iconic Rotterdam Building officially reopens after a significant transformation

The landmark office building, 'Rotterdam Building,' dating back to the '70s and situated on Aert van Nesstraat between Coolsingel and Lijnbaan, has undergone a complete sustainable metamorphosis. The structure has been transformed into a contemporary office building where business comfort and modern design converge.

Club Nomad will open its doors in June in the Rotterdam Building on Aert van Nesstraat / Lijnbaan

In June, Club Nomad, a Food & Beverage concept from Compass Group, will open its doors to employees and visitors of the Rotterdam Building and to the public. Club Nomad as the beating heart and social center with food and drinks as the connecting factor.

Ballast Nedam Development opens its doors in its own Rotterdam Building, the new headquarters for the area developer. Rotterdam Building is an iconic office building in the center of Rotterdam located next to the De Lijnbaan shopping area, at Aert van Nesstraat 45. Microlab uses the top floors where there is also a members-only sky bar. The intermediate floors are available for rental.

Ballast Nedam Development has concluded a long-term lease agreement with Microlab for the Rotterdam Building. Rotterdam Building is an iconic office building in the center of Rotterdam located next to the De Lijnbaan shopping area, at Aert van Nesstraat 45. Microlab will use the top 6 floors, where a members-only sky bar will also be created. JLL advised Ballast Nedam Development on this transaction.
